Service Levels
Our pricing is determined by our service levels. We prescribe service levels relative to the experience needed to be successful. This differs across projects, but is largely influenced by demand, capacity and maturity.
SL-1
Top of funnel velocity. Build pipelines through proactive market-mapping, sourcing, headhunting, qualifying and managing candidates through the hiring process. Uses agentic tooling for speed and productivity.
SL-2
In addition to SL-1, operate as a business partner with hiring managers to orchestrate and optimize hiring processes. Builds agentic productivity tools.
SL-3
In addition to SL-2, operates autonomously as a business partner to senior stakeholders and Founders. Solo-leads and/or builds agentic hiring infrastructure in functions or organizations.
SL-4
Fractional, interim, advisory support from Sxaler Founders.
Commercials
We charge a flat monthly subscription per Forward Deployed Recruiter. Our minimum assignment term is 3-months. We offer a small discount for a minimum term commitment of 6-months.
Generally, we are more expensive than hiring somebody directly and much cheaper than a single recruitment contingency fee. The flexibility of our model and the sum of the parts represent considerable value.
Occasionally, we make contingency based introductions for people in our network.
