What we believe
Our thesis
Companies building at the frontier are facing the most consequential talent war in a generation. The pace at which companies are expected to build, ship, and scale has fundamentally shifted. Every hire carries more weight. You cannot afford to be slow. You cannot afford to be wrong.
First-movers in the AI-for-talent space have misled Founders into believing their ‘one neat trick Recruiters don’t want you to know about’ is the answer. This fatal trivialization of our work has increased expectations in Talent Acquisition when stakes are already high.
Automation is not identical to good judgement, and top-percentile experts cannot be reduced to natural language searches. Emotion, empathy, taste and relationship are imperatives.

Apply disproportionate effort into parallel strategies. Plan for deviation and failure.
Orchestrate alignment
We rarely own hiring decisions, but we hold ourselves accountable for misalignment.
Technology
We use Olympus technology to make us fast and precise. Our technology is only operable by Sxaler FDRs, but is visible to our stakeholders. It is designed to drive maximum impact and ROI without the need for subscription or implementation.
